Refund Policy

All products are sold "as is". You assume the responsibility for your purchase, refunds will only be issued on a case by case basis.

Delivery Policy

Products are generally pick up only at our retail store in Port-au-Prince.  Shipping may be available at the discretion of DigitalKap. Please speak with a DigitalKap representative before completing your purchase online if you need to arrange delivery.  Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Installation Policy

In the event that equipment installation is to be completed by DigitalKap, such installations shall be completed on a first come first serve basis according to the schedule of our technicians.  DigitalKap will make every effort to complete your installation as quickly as possible and in a timely manner. Your purchase of a product that includes installation indicates your understanding of our first come first serve policy.
